Origins, structure, and intent.
The Karame family's operating businesses, real estate, and intellectual property holdings have been built across more than a generation of disciplined work. Karame Family Office was established to bring coordination, governance, and long-horizon thinking to those holdings as they enter their next chapter.
The office is structured for a single purpose: to protect, organize, and thoughtfully grow the financial interests of the family. It is not designed for outside investors, public clients, or commercial expansion.
The office operates as a private entity with a defined governance framework. Investment decisions follow a written process. Capital allocation is reviewed on a defined schedule. The office maintains relationships with legal, tax, and accounting advisors but does not outsource its investment judgment.
The office oversees the family's long-term capital across public markets, private holdings, real estate, and operating businesses. It conducts original research, maintains written investment theses, and manages liquidity with discipline. It also coordinates the family's estate planning, entity structure, and intergenerational governance — in partnership with outside counsel.
The office does not manage capital for outside investors. It does not offer investment advice, financial planning, or portfolio management services to any person or entity outside the Karame family. It is not registered as an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or any other regulated financial entity. Nothing on this website is an offer or solicitation of any kind.
